Hi, I’m Lucy - designer, strategist, and content creator.
I’m Lucy, a creative at heart with a strategic mind. I bring together design intuition and marketing knowledge to create work that’s both thoughtful and effective.
I moved to Canberra in 2019 for university, after growing up in Dubbo and completing high school in Sydney. Canberra quickly became home, the perfect city for someone who loves creativity, community, and connection.
I graduated from university with a Bachelor of Visual Communication Design in 2021 and am continuously expanding my skills through professional development.
Since graduating, I’ve built hands on experience across a range of design and marketing roles. I have spent time managing social media and creative projects for a diverse portfolio of clients at a marketing agency, honing my ability to deliver tailored strategies that drive results. I then transitioned to the client side, gaining deeper insight into business needs and discovering my passion for helping brands grow through strategic, thoughtful, and individualised marketing.

Media & Lucy began in early 2025, inspired by the growing number of people reaching out for support with marketing and design.
It started with the goal of helping local businesses show up online with clarity, consistency, and confidence. I work with local businesses across the ACT and NSW, providing a variety of marketing services, including graphic design, content capture, social media, and paid ads.
What sets my approach apart is the focus on individualised service. Unlike larger agencies where clients can feel like just another number, I take the time to understand your brand, your goals, and your audience. Making sure every project gets the attention and creativity it deserves.
Why I love what i do
I love the process of taking an idea and turning it into something tangible, beautiful, and effective. Design excites me most, combining creative visuals with strategic thinking to make content that truly connects with people. I enjoy seeing the spark of a concept grow into a polished project that helps a business shine. Clients often tell me they value my energy, creativity, and clear communication, and that I make working together both productive and enjoyable.
